Bus Notes

When your child needs to ride a different bus than they normally do, a bus pass will be issued from the school secretary. In order for this to take place a note from the parents/guardians should be sent with the student with the information to the school secretary. Please do not send a note with your child to the bus driver. We have listed the following information that would be helpful for us to make sure that your child gets onto the correct bus.

Date: This should be the date that your child needs to ride a different bus.

Students Name: Please make sure you include your child’s name on the note.

Destination Name: This should be the name of where the child is going.

Address and/or Directions: This is as important part of the note as any other part and quite frequently forgotten. It is important to be specific with a road name, mail box number, and any type of land mark that may be useful. If another child already goes to the stop, the name of the child would be helpful.

Destination Phone #: If you have the phone number where your child is going it would be helpful.

If you have the bus number or driver name, that would also be helpful but if you’re not sure, we will place them on the proper bus with the information provided above.

It is our hope that your child will have a pleasurable experience riding the school bus. With the information mentioned above we should be able to insure this.
